Dashboard Overview
The main analytics dashboard is organized into four sections, each designed to answer a different strategic question:
- Revenue Overview — “How much have we closed, and are we on track?”
- Funnel Analytics — “Where are leads dropping off?”
- Daily Metrics — “What happened today/this week?”
- Campaign Performance — “Which campaigns are working?”
Revenue Overview
The revenue section provides a time-series view of your closed revenue alongside pipeline projections:
- Closed Revenue — Actual revenue from Closed Won deals, charted daily/weekly/monthly
- Weighted Pipeline — Projected revenue based on deal values × stage probabilities
- Target Line — Your revenue target (set in Organization Settings) for easy comparison
- Period Comparison — Toggle to compare current period vs. previous (MoM, QoQ, YoY)
Key metrics displayed as summary cards at the top:

| Win Rate | Closed Won / (Closed Won + Closed Lost) |
| Pipeline Value | Total value of all open deals |
| Forecast | Weighted pipeline value (probability-adjusted) |
Funnel Analytics
The funnel view shows how leads progress through your sales process from first contact to closed deal:
- Leads Imported → Total leads entering the system
- Contacted → Leads who received at least one outreach message
- Engaged → Leads who opened, clicked, or replied
- Qualified → Leads marked as qualified (manually or by AI score threshold)
- Deal Created → Leads converted to deals in the pipeline
- Won → Deals that closed successfully
Each stage shows the absolute count and the conversion rate to the next stage. Drop-off points are highlighted in red so you can immediately identify bottlenecks.
Identify your bottleneck
If your Contacted → Engaged conversion is low, you have a messaging problem. If Engaged → Qualified is low, you have a targeting problem. If Qualified → Won is low, you have a closing problem. The funnel tells you exactly where to focus.
Daily Metrics
The daily metrics section provides a real-time view of today's activity and outcomes:
- Emails Sent / Received — Outbound and inbound email counts
- Opens / Clicks / Replies — Engagement metrics for the day
- Calls Made / Connected — Dialing activity and connect rate
- Meetings Booked — New meetings scheduled today
- Deals Created / Advanced / Won / Lost — Pipeline activity
- Revenue Closed — Revenue booked today
Each metric includes a trend indicator (up/down arrow with percentage) comparing to the same day last week, giving you immediate context on whether activity is improving.
Campaign Performance
A dedicated view ranks your campaigns by performance:

Note
Campaign revenue attribution uses a first-touch model — revenue is attributed to the campaign that first contacted the lead. Multi-touch attribution is on the roadmap for Enterprise plans.
Custom Date Ranges
All analytics views support custom date ranges. Use the date picker in the top-right to select:
- Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week
- This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter
- Year to Date, Last Year
- Custom range (any start and end date)
Export & Reports
Export any analytics view as:
- CSV — Raw data for custom analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
- PDF — Formatted report for sharing with stakeholders
- Scheduled Email — Automatically receive analytics reports on a daily/weekly cadence
